I am also able to meet prospective clients before sessions start to get to know them, introduce them to my instruments, and address any questions and concerns from clients, parents and/or caregivers. This meeting is an informal 30-minute chat and is free of charge.

Fees:

Individual music therapy sessions

  • 30 minutes: $40.00
  • 45 minutes: $50.00
  • 60 minutes: $60.00

Fees include preparation and set-up, materials, time in-session, documentation time, quarterly progress reports, and travel withing the HRM.

Fees do not include registration at the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts. Registration fees are:

  • $10.00 for 1-5 sessions
  • $15.00 for 6-10 sessions
  • $30.00 for 11+ sessions

Fees do not include travel outside the HRM. For clients outside the HRM, a travel fee of $5.00 will apply.

Group music therapy session fees vary based on the number of participants. Please contact me directly for information on groups.

Practicalities:

  • Please arrive on-time for session.
  • If you are unable to attend, please call ahead.
  • Late cancellations will be billed as full sessions.
  • Make-up sessions will be held following the end of term.
  • Music therapy can be noisy.
